Abstract

1,041,170. Pipe joints. LUFTKONDITIONERING A.B. Aug. 12, 1965 [Aug. 14, 1964], No. 34522/65. Heading F2G. The adjacent ends of pipes 1, 5 are bent to form U-shaped flanges 2, 6 and the pipe 1 includes a support member 3 secured to which is an elastic sealing strip 4 clamped between the flanges when the pipes are connected in known manner, i.e. by threading a guide 7 over the flanges. The strip 4 may be located in a groove in the member 3, or be of tubular form having a tangential flange enclosed between a U-shaped member 3.
