Abstract

1,037,325. Bicycle frames and luggage carriers. MOULTON CONSULTANTS Ltd. May 30, 1963 [May 30, 1962], No. 20820/62. Headings B7E and B7J. A bicycle as in Specification 1,017,383 having an F-shaped frame as in Specification 907,467, comprises a tubular plastic covered or plastic framed luggage support 10-13, Figs. 2, 3, provided with clamps 15, 20 fastened by a bolt 16 and a screw 22 to a main frame tail member 3a, Fig. 1, the support being further braced by a stay 6. The clamp 20 may mount a peg 23 for mounting a tyre inflator. In a modification, Fig. 4 (not shown), the member 3a is broken near the seat tube 2 by a spigot-and-socket connection, and the load-carrying member is welded and so on to 3a.
