A double-glazed window panel is obtained by sealing the edges of two parallel sheets of glass placed 1/4 inch apart with an acrylic cement which sets on standing, the cement comprising 100 parts by weight of a solution of: ..Parts ..by weight .Methyl methacrylate monomer.36.7 .Methyl methacrylate polymer.17.0 .Dimethyl-p-toluidine.. ...0.3 .Dibutul phthalate.. ...45.0 .triethylene glycol dimethacrylate.1.0 mixed with 1 part by weight of a solution of benzoyl peroxide (50 parts by weight) in dibutyl phthalate (50 parts by weight).
