A ball coupling part 21 has its bracket 20 permanently contained by an adjustably fixed part spherical cover portion 10, and the portion 10 has a movable part spherical cover portion 12 pivoted to it on hinges 24 so that the portion 12 may be raised to cover the ball. A flange or rib 28 on the part 12 houses resilient sealing material 30, and clips 32 on the part 10 may engage holes 34 in the other part 12 to retain the part 12 either raised or lowered.
