Abstract

102,270. White, J. L. Nov. 18, 1915, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Act]. Folding seats.-A folding chair comprises a seat frame 10, 11, 12 to which are pivoted legs 13, 14 connected by stays 15, detachable at one end from the legs 14 to which they are secured by catches 31, and folding parallel to the stay 16. A folding back 18 is hinged to the seat frame by means of offset hinges 19 and is stayed in erect position by straps 25. The seat has a fabric bottom 35 with flaps 38, 39, 40 which are secured by fastenings 46, 47 to enclose the legs when folded, and a fabric filling 36 for the back frame.
