Abstract

1,020,904. Terminal boards and blocks. TELEFONAKTIEBOLAGET L. M. ERICSSON. Feb. 7, 1963 [Feb. 14, 1962], No. 5095/63. Heading H2E. A terminal block comprises a frame made of two sections 16 and 17 interconnected by a narrower section 15 across which contact strips 11 extend leaving a space for insulated cables 13. Section 17 is in the form of a box in which solder tags 12 formed on the ends of strips 11 are normally snap locked, and section 16 carries the other ends 18 of strips 11, which may be in the form of jacks. The frame is formed of flexible material so that on bending the section 17 upwardly as shown, the ends of the strips 11 are withdrawn from the box to facilitate the soldering of cables 13 to the solder tags 12.
