Abstract

1,008,358. Gas/liquid contact apparatus. K. KURASAWA. March 28, 1962 [Dec. 8, 1961], No. 11896/62. Heading B1R. Gas/liquid contact apparatus comprises a column F within which are arranged horizontal plates N with central openings through which passes a rotatable shaft S carrying liquid scattering discs D, each disc having on its upper surface radial vanes T (Fig. 6) and curved ring-shaped vanes L and radial vanes Ta on its lower surface. The edges of the openings in the plates N are serrated.
