Abstract
The invention provides a shift control apparatus of a working vehicle in which an excellent shift operability can be obtained without reference to an incline of a travelling road, a loading amount and a road condition without necessity of learning a time for controlling an engine. Accordingly, a brake pedal operation detector (19) is provided which detects an operation of the brake pedal (17) and outputs a brake operation signal (Br). Additionally, braking time shift control means (32) is provided to keep the speed stage at a time when the brake operation signal (Br) is turned on and to shift the speed stage from the speed stage at the on time (TBon) to the speed stage corresponding to the transmission output shaft rotational speed (No) at a time when the brake is turned off, when the brake operation signal (Br) is turned off from the on state without passing through the other speed stage.
