Organe de raccordement (4) ou bus barre pour relier électriquement une borne électrique d’un premier appareil électrique à une borne électrique d’un deuxième appareil électrique, l’organe de raccordement s’étendant entre des zones d’extrémité (E1,E2) avec tête de couplage, chaque tête de couplage (6) comprenant une face inférieure de contact électrique (60), des faces de tranche perpendiculaires à la face inférieure, la face de contact électrique s’étendant selon un plan de référence (PR), l’organe de raccordement comprenant un corps conducteur (1) et un enrobage isolant principal (2) recouvrant le corps conducteur sauf dans certaines portions destinées à établir un contact électrique, la première tête de couplage (6) comprenant une lèvre souple (3) s’étendant à partir de l’enrobage isolant principal et faisant saillie de la première tête de couplage dans un plan parallèle au plan de référence, à partir des faces de tranche.
