Abstract
Vanne pour fluide cryotechnique ainsi qu’un circuit d’alimentation pour fluide cryotechnique, la vanne comprenant une chambre de commande (11), une première chambre de circulation (12), communiquant avec la chambre de commande (11) par l’intermédiaire d’un orifice de commande (14), une deuxième chambre de circulation (13), communiquant avec la première chambre de circulation (12) par l’intermédiaire d’un orifice de circulation (15), formant un siège de vanne, un actionneur à course linéaire (20), logé dans la chambre de commande (11) et configuré pour actionner une tige de commande (24) traversant l’orifice de commande (14) et s’étendant axialement dans la première chambre de circulation (12), un obturateur (25), mobile entre une position de fermeture et un position d’ouverture, et un soufflet (30), étanche tout en étant étirable axialement, entourant la tige de commande (24).
