L’objet de la présente invention consiste donc à fournir un coussin vibro-acoustique utilisant des ondes sonores, développé en particulier pour transmettre une douce vibration conjointement à de la musique, au moyen d’un écouteur, pour la relaxation et la méditation de l’utilisateur ou du patient à traiter, les ondes sonores étant émises par des transducteurs électroacoustiques connectés à des dispositifs électroniques programmables qui génèrent, traitent et permettent de contrôler des signaux à basse fréquence réglables. Le coussin a pour principale caractéristique fonctionnelle la forme d’un cylindre dont les bases ne sont pas circulaires mais en forme d'œil, comme illustré dans les figures. Cette base en forme d’œil du cylindre garantit que le coussin ne roule pas et reste fixe en position d'utilisation. Cette nouvelle forme pour un coussin vibro-acoustique permet au coussin de l'invention de générer des vibrations contre le corps de l'utilisateur ou du patient tout en l’empêchant de rouler involontairement y compris lorsque la personne a atteint l’état souhaité. En particulier, la forme fonctionnelle de la présente invention prend tout son sens lorsqu’elle est utilisée en position verticale entre la colonne de l'utilisateur ou du patient et le dossier d'une chaise. Dans cette position, le cylindre dont les bases sont en forme d'œil reste placé entre les omoplates, en appui contre le dos de la personne et le dossier de la chaise ou du fauteuil. Une sensation de sécurité est ainsi transmise puisque le coussin vibro-acoustique de l'invention ne glisse ni ne roule, permettant le transfert total de sa vibration à la colonne vertébrale de la personne. La forme cylindrique à partir de la génératrice en forme d'œil conduit à ce que les omoplates restent libres et dans une position où, au lieu d’être courbées vers l’avant, elles restent légèrement vers l’arrière et vers le bas, permettant au sternum de se positionner légèrement vers l’avant et vers le haut. Il s’agit d’une position idéale pour la méditation.
