Abstract
Un système d’optimisation de la capacité d’aération d’une station d’aération d’un bassin d’épuration à boues activées, station qui comprend au moins un appareil d’injection d’oxygène dans le bassin d’épuration, appareil qui est un appareil flottant, comprenant les éléments suivants : un dispositif d'entraînement, destiné à être disposé au-dessus du liquide, pourvu d'un arbre de sortie vertical ou incliné, équipé à son extrémité d’ au moins un mobile de mélange et de dispersion du gaz injecté tel qu'une hélice tripales , caractérisée par son diamètre D ; un dispositif d’injection du gaz, positionné par exemple au-dessus du mobile ; se caractérisant en ce que afin de rendre la station apte à traiter un pic de pollution, que ce soit en terme de débit d’effluent parvenant à la station et/ou de teneur en pollution de l’effluent parvenant à la station, on augmente le diamètre du mobile d’au moins un desdits appareils, pour augmenter sa capacité et donc repousser sa limite d’engorgement, l’augmentation du diamètre étant préférentiellement située dans la gamme allant jusqu’à +20% du diamètre initial .
