Abstract

Four d’extraction à micro-ondes pour le traitement thermique en continu de produits organiques à l’état solide L’invention concerne un four d’extraction à micro-ondes (2) pour le traitement thermique en continu de produits organiques à l’état solide, comprenant un convoyeur (4) à bande destiné à transporter les produits (P) à traiter, la bande (6) du convoyeur étant poreuse aux extraits issus du traitement des produits, un tunnel de chauffe (8) traversé de part en part par la bande du convoyeur et comprenant un caisson (10) étanche aux micro-ondes et à l’intérieur duquel débouche au moins un guide d’ondes (12) raccordé à un générateur de micro-ondes (14), et un bac (16) pour réceptionner et condenser des extraits issus du traitement des produits après leur diffusion au travers de la bande. Le tunnel de chauffe comprend un sas d’étanchéité d’entrée (20) positionné en entrée du tunnel de chauffe au-dessus du convoyeur et un sas d’étanchéité de sortie (22) positionné en sortie du tunnel de chauffe au-dessus du convoyeur, les sas d’entrée et de sortie étant chacun munis d’au moins un piège quart-d’onde (24) afin d’assurer une étanchéité aux micro-ondes en entrée et en sortie du tunnel de chauffe.
