DISPOSITIF ET PROCEDE DE DETECTION D’UN OBJET AU-DESSUS D’UNE SURFACE DE DETECTION L’invention concerne un dispositif électronique (1) comprenant une surface de détection, notamment pour la détection d’un objet (10) en champ proche (2) comprenant : un substrat ; une pluralité de photoémetteurs séparée les uns des autres sur ledit substrat ; une pluralité de photodétecteurs, au moins une partie de ces photodétecteurs étant disposés entre lesdits photoémetteurs sur le substrat et des moyens de calculs pour la détermination de la distance entre ledit objet et la surface de détection.
