Abstract
Procédé de détermination d’un programme de déplacement et d’orientation d’une tête d’aiguilletage Procédé (100) de détermination d’un programme de déplacement et d’orientation d’une tête d’aiguilletage pour la réalisation d’une préforme textile par aiguilletage d’une bande textile sur un outillage de support, comprenant au moins : - la détermination (110) d’un ensemble de triplets de coordonnées (x, y, z) des points de passage de la tête d’aiguilletage en fonction des positions des fibres dans la préforme textile à réaliser, de sa géométrie locale et d’une distance minimale prédéterminée à respecter entre la tête d’aiguilletage et l’outillage de support ou la préforme permettant d’éviter une collision avec cette dernière, et - la détermination (120) de l’orientation angulaire (α, β, γ) de la tête d’aiguilletage pour chaque point de passage en fonction de l’orientation angulaire de la bande textile et des fibres dans la préforme textile à réaliser.
