L’invention concerne un procédé de remplissage et de fermeture d’une pluralité de flacons à usage pharmaceutique, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) le positionnement, dans une station de remplissage, d’un premier plateau définissant des logements de maintien qui accueillent les flacons, b) le remplissage des flacons avec un produit pharmaceutique, dans ladite station de remplissage, c) la préhension de capuchons disposés dans des logements de stockage aménagés sur une face supérieure d’un deuxième plateau, chaque capuchon étant extrait du deuxième plateau et positionné sur un flacon après son remplissage, d) lorsque les logements de stockage sont vidés de tout capuchon, le positionnement de la face inférieure du deuxième plateau sur les capuchons, eux-mêmes disposés sur les flacons, chaque capuchon étant accueilli dans un logement de calage aménagé du côté de ladite face inférieure, e) l’application d’une force d’appui sur la face supérieure du deuxième plateau pour verrouiller collectivement les capuchons sur les flacons. L’invention concerne également un ensemble de conditionnement collectif compatible avec le procédé précité et comprenant d’une part un premier plateau pour maintenir les flacons à usage pharmaceutique, et d’autre part un deuxième plateau pour maintenir les capuchons.
