Abstract
L’invention concerne un système lidar (10) par mesure d’un temps de vol comprenant : un dispositif d’émission (DE) configuré pour émettre des impulsions lumineuses en direction d’une scène selon un angle supérieur ou égal à 5 °un dispositif de réception (DR) comprenant :un photo-détecteur (PD) configuré pour recevoir des impulsions réfléchies (Ir) ou rétrodiffusée par au moins un élément (Ei) de la scène et pour convertir lesdites impulsions en signal électrique,un circuit d’amplification (CA) configuré pour amplifier ledit signal électrique,une unité de traitement (UT) dudit signal électrique amplifié configurée pour numériser le signal électrique amplifié et déterminer une distance (di) dudit au moins un élément (Ei) à partir dudit signal électrique amplifié numérisé.le circuit d’amplification (CA) comprenant un amplificateur transimpédance (TIA), un transformateur (T) comprenant un primaire (P) et un secondaire S), une capacité (C) et une inductance (L) disposée en série avec ladite capacité, le primaire du transformateur étant connecté à une anode du photo-détecteur, le secondaire étant connecté à ladite capacité, ladite capacité étant connectée à une entrée dudit amplificateur transimpédance.
