Abstract
L’invention concerne un dispositif de soudage pour souder des électrodes (14,15) issues d’une cellule (10) neuve à des éléments de contact (24,25) issus d’une base (21) d’une nappe flexible (20) récupérée d’une batterie d’alimentation d’un dispositif électronique portable Selon l’invention, il comprend un support (100) pourvu, d’une part, d’une première empreinte (110) de réception de la cellule, présentant un contour (110A) identique au jeu près au contour (10A) de la cellule , et, d’autre part, d’une deuxième empreinte (120) de réception de la base de la nappe flexible, présentant un contour identique au jeu près au contour de la base de la nappe flexible, la position relative des deux empreintes sur le support étant similaire à la position relative déterminée de la cellule et de la base de la nappe flexible neuves, assemblées lors de l’opération de soudage d’origine, les première et deuxième empreintes présentant deux bords (113,123) parallèles en vis-à-vis, espacés d’une distance déterminée de sorte que, une fois placées dans les première et deuxième empreintes respectives, la cellule neuve et la base de la nappe flexible récupérée sont maintenues fixement dans une position relative similaire à celle de l’opération de soudage d’origine et lesdites électrodes issues de la cellule ainsi que lesdits éléments de contact issus de la base de la nappe flexible s’étendent dans l’espace situé entre lesdits bords parallèles en vis-à-vis desdites empreintes, en se recouvrant.
