Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation d’un composé solide à partir d’hydroxyde de potassium solide et d’oxyde de zinc, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- (S1) : le chauffage de l’hydroxyde de potassium solide afin d’obtenir de l’hydroxyde de potassium liquéfié,- (S2) : l’ajout d’oxyde de zinc à l’hydroxyde de potassium liquéfié obtenus à l’étape (S1) afin d’obtenir un mélange liquide hydroxyde de potassium et d’oxyde de zinc,- (S3) : le chauffage du mélange obtenu à l’étape (S2) à une température permettant le maintien de l’hydroxyde de potassium sous forme liquide jusqu’à dissolution complète de l’oxyde de zinc, et- (S4) : le refroidissement du liquide obtenu à l’issue de l’étape (S3) jusqu’à la température ambiante (25°C) afin d’obtenir un composé solide. L’invention a également pour objet un composé solide susceptible d’être obtenu par le procédé précédemment décrit, ainsi que son utilisation pour préparer un électrolyte pour batterie.
