Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d’un pré-imprégné caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend:i) une étape de fourniture : d’une composition comprenant au moins une résine, et éventuellement une ou plusieurs charge(s) A mélangée(s) avec ladite résine, et d’au moins un renfort textile ; ii) une étape d’application de la composition audit au moins un renfort textile;iii) une étape de saupoudrage d’une ou plusieurs charge(s) B, sur au moins une face F1 dudit au moins un renfort imprégné ;iv) une étape au-cours de laquelle on fait pénétrer la ou lesdites charge(s) B au moins partiellement dans ledit au moins un renfort imprégné;v) une étape de durcissement pour l’obtention dudit pré-imprégné.
