Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de de surmoulage d’un élément à pôles magnétiques (1) pour un rotor d’une machine électrique, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - fourniture d’un moule (30) de surmoulage comprenant une partie inférieure (32) et une partie supérieure, ladite partie inférieure comprenant une paroi de fond (32a) bordée d’une paroi latérale (32b), ladite partie supérieure comprenant une paroi avant bordée d’une autre paroi latérale, - positionnement d’au moins une cale (40, 41) adaptée à caler ledit élément à pôles magnétiques à distance de la paroi de fond et de la paroi latérale de la partie inférieure du moule, - mise en place de l’élément à pôles magnétiques sur ladite cale, - positionnement de la partie supérieure du moule de surmoulage sur ladite partie inférieure de manière à contenir l’élément à pôles magnétiques dans le moule de surmoulage, et - injection d’une résine de surmoulage dans le moule de surmoulage, de manière à former une couche de résine autour de l’élément à pôles magnétiques et de ladite cale, chaque cale étant formée d’un matériau inerte magnétiquement. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig. 2The invention relates to a method for overmolding an element with magnetic poles (1) for a rotor of an electrical machine, said method comprising the following steps: - providing an overmolding mold (30) comprising a lower part (32) and an upper part, said lower part comprising a bottom wall (32a) bordered by a side wall (32b), said upper part comprising a front wall bordered by another side wall, - positioning of at least a wedge (40, 41) adapted to wedge said element with magnetic poles at a distance from the bottom wall and the side wall of the lower part of the mold, - positioning of the element with magnetic poles on said wedge, - positioning the upper part of the overmolding mold on said lower part so as to contain the element with magnetic poles in the overmolding mold, and - injection of an overmolding resin into the overmolding mold, so as to form a layer of resin around the element with magnetic poles and said spacer, each spacer being formed of a magnetically inert material.
