Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de de surmoulage d’un élément à pôles magnétiques (1) pour un rotor d’une machine électrique, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - fourniture d’un moule (30) de surmoulage comprenant une partie inférieure (32) et une partie supérieure, ladite partie inférieure comprenant une paroi de fond (32a) bordée d’une paroi latérale (32b), ladite partie supérieure comprenant une paroi avant bordée d’une autre paroi latérale, - positionnement d’au moins une cale (40, 41) adaptée à caler ledit élément à pôles magnétiques à distance de la paroi de fond et de la paroi latérale de la partie inférieure du moule, - mise en place de l’élément à pôles magnétiques sur ladite cale, - positionnement de la partie supérieure du moule de surmoulage sur ladite partie inférieure de manière à contenir l’élément à pôles magnétiques dans le moule de surmoulage, et - injection d’une résine de surmoulage dans le moule de surmoulage, de manière à former une couche de résine autour de l’élément à pôles magnétiques et de ladite cale, chaque cale étant formée d’un matériau inerte magnétiquement.
