La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication additive de comprenant une tête d’application (10) monté mobile selon 3 axes (X, Y, Z), ladite tête d’application comprenant une buse (12) par laquelle de la matière est extrudée sur une surface de fabrication, ladite buse étant formée d’une paroi (120) définissant un volume (121), ladite paroi comprenant une ouverture de sortie (124) par laquelle la matière contenue dans ledit volume est extrudée, caractérisé en ce que la paroi est déformable et en ce que la tête d’application comprend en outre des moyens de déformation (20) de ladite paroi pour modifier le volume de ladite buse.
