Abstract

Le dispositif (7) comprend une ou plusieurs sources de rayonnement (UV1 ; UV2) pour chauffer une feuille thermoplastique (T) et la rendre adhésive au sein d’un empilement (E) dans lequel elle est agencée entre deux feuilles de verres (V1, V2). Ces sources de rayonnement sont agencées dans l’un et/ou l’autre de deux rouleaux (R1, R2) qui pressent entre eux l’empilement (E) qui passe entre eux pour faire adhérer la feuille thermoplastique (T) à l’une et/ou l’autre feuille de verre (V1, V2). La paroi circonférentielle des rouleaux (R1, R2) laisse passer au moins partiellement le rayonnement des sources de rayonnement correspondantes (UV1, UV2) de manière à atteindre l’empilement (E) qui passe entre eux. On peut ainsi pleinement tirer profit d’un effet de peau du chauffage de la feuille thermoplastique (T) en choisissant un rayonnement approprié peu absorbé par la ou les feuilles de verre (V1, V2). It is thus possible to take full advantage of a skin effect of the heating of the thermoplastic sheet (T) by choosing an appropriate radiation which is little absorbed by the glass sheet(s) (V1, V2).
