Abstract

Le présent document concerne un procédé de grenaillage d’une surface S annulaire d’une pièce (14) annulaire d’axe longitudinal à l’aide d’une machine de grenaillage comprenant une buse (2) de projection de grenailles, comprenant les étapes suivantes : déterminer une plage de compression (6) applicable à la pièce (14) à grenailler,établir une base de données (8) associant une énergie donnée en sortie de la buse à une pluralité de paramètres machine,sélectionner dans la base de données une énergie E en sortie de buse permettant d’établir une compression dans ladite plage de compression (6),déduire une quantité massique de grenailles M à pulvériser sur la pièce annulaire,déterminer une vitesse radiale de déplacement de la buse V fonction de ladite quantité massique de grenailles M, grenailler la surface S annulaire.
