Abstract
L’invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d’une pièce, dite pièce finale, comprenant une portion de matériau métallurgique et une portion d’au moins un type de pierre gemme inorganique caractérisé par les étapes suivantes : - utiliser une poudre de matériau métallurgique présentant une granulométrie inférieure à 400 micromètres, - réduire la taille des grains et/ou des cristallites de la poudre de matériau métallurgique de manière à obtenir des agrégats d’une taille caractéristique inférieure à 1000 micromètres, et une taille moyenne de cristallites inférieure à 200 nanomètres, - utiliser une poudre d’au moins un type de pierre gemme inorganique présentant une granulométrie inférieure à 500 micromètres, - fritter en utilisant un procédé de frittage SPS le mélange desdites poudres, de manière que la pièce finale obtenue présente une forme prédéterminée et/ou des propriétés mécaniques prédéterminées.
