Cosmetic device for cutaneous application.

The present invention relates to the field of cosmetology and in particular that of beauty.

For a cosmetic product to be placed on the market, it is common for it to undergo a certain number of tests before it is placed on the market, in order to verify, for example, that it does not present any toxicity for the skin of the body. user, hereinafter “user” for brevity.

For example, we know durability tests, harmlessness tests, irritation tests, efficacy tests, etc.

Once placed on the market, a user may wish to test the cosmetic product, in particular for aesthetic reasons.

For this purpose, for example to test a lipstick, the user applies the stick of lipstick to his hand and not to his lips, for obvious reasons of hygiene.

In addition, he must then clean his hand with a single-use cotton ball and a cleansing milk. This represents a waste of time and the use of single-use cotton, generally an imported product from distant countries, is a solution that does not respect the environment (cotton cultivation, transport over thousands of kilometres, single-use , no cotton recycling, waste management).

However, if this practice was common until recently, it appeared that certain viruses, in particular viruses of the COVID-19 class, including variants, are highly transmissible, in particular by the hands.

Therefore, it becomes desirable, even mandatory, to use hydroalcoholic gels. But these can interact with the cosmetics to be tested, and it is sometimes forbidden to touch certain products.

Thus, a user no longer has the possibility of directly testing a cosmetic product on his skin before purchase, which is not desirable.

There therefore appears a need to be able to test at least the color of a cosmetic product on the skin of a user, in a safe manner from a health point of view.

The object of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks.

In particular, the invention relates according to a first of its objects; a cosmetic device (100) for cutaneous application, comprising a self-adhesive label (110) and a support film (120) for the self-adhesive label (110) on which it is stuck using a layer of glue (130).

It is essentially characterized in that the label (110) is a biodegradable film.

In one embodiment, the glue (130) of the self-adhesive label (110) is a dermal glue.

In particular, the dermal glue is a medical glue.

In one embodiment, the backing film (120) includes a plurality of self-adhesive labels (110), and wherein each self-adhesive label (110) is individually removable from the backing film (120).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Within the meaning of the present invention, the following terms mean:
- "label" a piece of material on which one can write or draw, or deposit a cosmetic product;
- “self-adhesive label” a label provided with a film of dermal adhesive, that is to say intended to be temporarily stuck on the skin;
- “multilayer film” a support film comprising at least one self-adhesive label.

As explained below, the present invention is completely original in that it combines raw materials from medical technology (medical glue) and raw materials from the food industry (food film).

From an ecological and economic point of view, the present invention has the advantage of being developed in France, which limits the ecological impact.

The cosmetic device 100 preferably comprises a reel 200, which here is in the form of a box.

The multilayer film 140 can also be wound on itself around a central cylinder (not shown), which can facilitate the unwinding of the support film 120.

Preferably, the central cylinder is made of recyclable material, or even compostable material, and for example of cardboard.

Preferably, the self-adhesive labels 110 are translucent or transparent.

The self-adhesive labels 110 are flat and can have any shape.

Preferably, however, the self-adhesive labels 110 have a shape with rounded edges, so that they can be easily detached manually from the support film 120. In addition, a shape with rounded edges makes it possible to limit the onset of rupture or tearing of a label. 110 self-adhesive.

Preferably, the support film 120 is flexible.

For example, the support film 120 is a silicone paper film, in particular flexible polyethylene (PE).

The support film 120 is without distinction transparent, translucent or opaque. It can also carry a set of brands, logos, decorations, etc. and in particular manufacturers of cosmetic products.

The self-adhesive labels 110 are glued to the support film 120 using an adhesive.

Preferably, the glue is a dermal glue 130, preferably transparent.

In this case, the glue is a glue used in the pharmaceutical industry for the manufacture of dressings; it is therefore completely harmless to the skin. For example, it is an acrylic adhesive that is gentle on the skin.

Preferably, the dermal glue is non-irritating to the skin, in this case it has a non-irritating primary skin irritation index within the meaning of standard ISO 10993-10:2010.

Finally, the dermal glue is preferably non-cytotoxic, in particular within the meaning of standard ISO 10993-5:2009.

Such adhesives are marketed for example under the reference 01 M010X4X 23 by the company GERGONNE INDUSTRIE.

Such adhesives advantageously have a soft feel. The acrylic adhesive is gentle on the skin and yet has a good level of adhesion to the skin; it 'removes cleanly and easily from the skin after use.

It is possible to provide a biodegradable glue, for example a vegetable glue based on natural rubber.

Preferably, the support film 120 comprises a plurality of self-adhesive labels 110, arranged linearly in the direction of elongation of the support film 120.

Each self-adhesive label 110 is individually detachable from the support film 120.

The advantage of the pre-cuts 121 is to be able to cut the support film 120 when a predetermined number of self-adhesive labels 110 have been removed from the support film 120, which is more practical, more ergonomic, for detaching the remaining self-adhesive labels 110; and more aesthetic.

It is also possible to provide, as illustrated in the , that the support film 120 is in the form of a strip comprising a set of portions, preferably pre-cut, in a Z-fold.

In this case, provision is made for each individual sheet to be folded over on itself and to support at least one respective self-adhesive label 110 .

Like sheets of toilet paper, as shown in the , the individual sheets are stacked in a staggered pattern in the reel 200 so as to generate a reel 200 sheet by sheet.

Cutaneous application

In operation, a user who wishes to test the color of a cosmetic product on his skin must apply said product either directly, which is unhygienic, or using tools, which is impractical.

He must also clean the area of his skin where he tested the product. As explained above, this represents a waste of time and the use of a cleaning product such as cleansing milk and single-use cotton. The origin of the cotton can pose an ethical problem depending on the working conditions in the country where the cotton is harvested. Furthermore, cotton as such is not a sustainable product.

Thanks to the present invention, a user who wishes to test the color of a cosmetic product on his skin can detach a self-adhesive label 110 from the support film 120, for example using a dispenser 200 according to the invention.

Since the user only handles one self-adhesive label 110 at a time, and the portion of the support film 120 that served as support for a detached self-adhesive label 110 is not reused for another self-adhesive label 110, the risks of contamination and transmission of viruses, for example such as COVID-19, are limited.

Once a self-adhesive label 110 has been detached from the support film 120, the user can apply it to his skin, for example on his hand. The 130 dermal glue is used to maintain the self-adhesive 110 label.

The user can then apply the cosmetic product, lipstick, foundation, etc. on the self-adhesive 110 label. There is no contact between the cosmetic product and the skin, which is therefore safe in health terms; and as the self-adhesive label 110 is translucent or transparent, the colorimetric effect of the cosmetic product on the skin can be observed directly.

Alternatively, the user can apply the self-adhesive label 110 detached from the support film 120 on his skin and have a graphic element drawn on it, said graphic element being intended to be tattooed on the skin of the user.

The latter can thus preview his body with one tattoo or another, or reposition the self-adhesive label 110 to refine the exact position of his future tattoo.

Once his tests have been carried out, the user can easily peel off the self-adhesive label 110 from his skin and throw it away, preferably in a container provided for this purpose, which then allows it to be composted; which thus provides an ecological gain and a certain saving of time because it no longer has to use make-up remover products, in particular milk and single-use cotton.
