L'invention porte sur une machine de perméabilité (8) destinée à effectuer un test de perméabilité d'un joint à labyrinthe (1) comportant: - une cartouche (20) comportant un premier élément (2) dudit joint à labyrinthe (1) muni de léchettes dit "élément à léchettes", et - au moins un support (21) portant un deuxième élément (5) dudit joint à labyrinthe (1) réalisé dans un matériau abradable, dit "élément abradable", et - un système (27) de réglage d'un jeu entre l'élément à léchettes (2) et l'élément abradable (5) configuré de telle façon qu'un mouvement de rotation d'une molette de réglage (28) engendre un déplacement en translation suivant une première direction d'un coulisseau (38) lequel déplace en translation un support (21) de l'élément abradable (5) suivant une deuxième direction de manière à pouvoir faire varier de façon continue le jeu entre l'élément abradable (5) et l'élément à léchettes (2).
