Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de réglage d’au moins un rétroviseur extérieur d’un véhicule. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : obtention (41) d’un angle d’assiette défini entre un axe longitudinal du véhicule et un axe de référence à partir d’un équipement embarqué du véhicule ; obtention (42) d’une position angulaire d’au moins un des rétroviseurs extérieurs du véhicule à partir de l’angle d’assiette et d’une silhouette du véhicule ; et détection (43) d’une configuration du véhicule indiquant qu’il s’apprête à de déplacer en marche arrière, suivie d’une activation (44) de moyens de rotation pour faire pivoter un miroir d’au moins un rétroviseur extérieur autour d’un axe du rétroviseur jusqu’à la position angulaire.
