L'invention concerne un panneau (10), notamment panneau de véhicule, à éclairage interne intégré, comprenant : - une peau (11) présentant une face externe (11a) et une face interne (11b) et comportant au moins une partie (12) translucide ou transparente, - au moins un module d’éclairage (13) comprenant un boîtier (14) étanche présentant une paroi (15) translucide ou transparente et au moins une source lumineuse (16) située à l’intérieur du boîtier, caractérisé en ce que l’au moins un module d’éclairage (13) est assemblé à la face interne (11b) de la peau, sa paroi (15) translucide ou transparente étant appliquée contre l’une des parties (12) translucides ou transparentes de la peau.
