Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de perçage d’un trou de refroidissement dans un composant de turbomachine, le procédé comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes :- détermination d’une localisation sur une surface externe du composant d’un trou à percer ;- détermination d’une inclinaison d’un axe du trou par rapport à une surface externe (2) du composant ;- détermination d’une géométrie d’une section (3) du trou au droit de la surface de perçage (2), en fonction de l’inclinaison déterminée et d’un coefficient de contrainte maximale admissible ;- perçage d’un trou selon l’inclinaison déterminée avec une section (3) au droit de la surface de perçage (2) selon la géométrie déterminée, le perçage étant effectué avec un outil de perçage présentant une section (51) comprenant une succession d’arcs définis comme des objets mathématiques indépendants.
