Abstract

Description
1èreétape : Fabrication d’un mur poteau-poutre ossature en atelier
Le mur est composé d’une lisse haute en 8X16 ou 16X16, d’une lisse basse en 8X16 ou 16X16 et de 2 poteaux d’angle en 8X16 ou 16x16 avec assemblages en queue d’aronde par bout fixé à la vis (x2). Le mur est composé également de poteaux en 16X16 ou 16X20 avec assemblages embrèvement + tenon, pour les descentes de charges des fermes, ainsi que de poteaux ou montant 16X16 ou 8X16 pour les tableaux, allèges, linteaux des menuiseries avec assemblages embrèvement + tenon ou encastrement. On y ajoute des montants en 8X10 verticaux avec assemblages en queue d’aronde pour la partie extérieure, des lisses 8X10 horizontal avec assemblages en queue d’aronde pour la partie intérieure en respectant un vide de la dimension de l’isolant, puis des contreventements en 8X10 sur la partie extérieure en angle, en respectant un angle de 45°.The wall is made up of a top rail in 8X16 or 16X16, a bottom rail in 8X16 or 16X16 and 2 corner posts in 8X16 or 16x16 with dovetail joints per end fixed to the screw (x2) .
