Abstract

L’invention concerne un réacteur tubulaire pour le reformage de méthane du type tube-dans-tube comportant un tube externe lequel contient au moins un tube interne, avec: - une extrémité du tube externe ouverte pour introduire un gaz d’alimentation et l’extrémité opposée fermée, et un ou plusieurs tubes internes disposés selon un cercle centré sur l’axe du tube externe pour le renvoi du gaz converti très chaud vers l’extrémité ouverte ; - du catalyseur permettant la réaction de conversion, sous forme de particules étant disposé dans le tube externe entre les tubes internes ; - l’apport de chaleur externe nécessaire au reformage étant fourni par des brûleurs disposés dans le four où est installé le réacteur tubulaire, dans lequel au moins deux types de particules de catalyseur de dimensions différentes sont disposés dans le tube externe, dans les deux espaces délimités par les tubes internes, l’espace délimité par la paroi du tube externe et les tubes internes étant rempli par les particules les plus petites, et l’espace à l’intérieur du périmètre formé par les tubes internes étant rempli par les particules les plus grandes.
