Abstract
L’invention est un dispositif de rétention de prothese dentaire permettant la stabilisation,la rétention des protheses amovibles dentaire complètes au niveau maxillaire ou mandibulaire. L’ invention ne nécessite pas d’ostéointégration et est posée dans de faible volume osseux, positionnée transversalement a la crête osseuse résiduelle. Elle est constituée de trois parties distinctes: une tige filetée , une tête fraisée surmontée d’un disque aimanté possédant une empreinte pour tournevis en son centre. Le chanfrein permet la mise en butée juxtaosseuse de la mini vis et une sécurité de pose. Le disque aimanté surmonte la tête de la minivis et occupe la hauteur de gencive en regard de la minivis, permettant a la face supérieure du disque d’assurer une continuité de surface de la gencive avec le disque. Le disque aimanté interragi avec un autre aimant situé dans l’intrado de la prothèse dentaire permettant à l’usager une forte stabilisation et retention.
