Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de de correction d’un défaut d’un matériau composite comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) fourniture d’un matériau composite consistant essentiellement un polymère thermoplastique, dans lequel sont dispersées de 0,5% à 10% en volume de particules magnétiques, par rapport au volume total du matériau composite ;b) application d’un champ magnétique localisé sur tout ou partie du matériau composite de sorte à obtenir un écoulement du polymère thermoplastique ;c) arrêt du champ magnétique ; et d) refroidissement du matériau composite .The present invention relates to a method for correcting a defect in a composite material comprising the following steps: a) providing a composite material consisting essentially of a thermoplastic polymer, in which are dispersed from 0.5% to 10% in volume of magnetic particles, relative to the total volume of the composite material;b) application of a localized magnetic field on all or part of the composite material so as to obtain a flow of the thermoplastic polymer;c) stopping the magnetic field; and d) cooling of the composite material.
