Abstract

Dans la partie axialement centrale (P0) du sommet (12), la distance radiale moyenne E2 entre  les éléments de renfort filaires de frettage textiles (220) et les éléments de renfort filaires de travail métalliques (260) est telle que E2 ≤ 0,40 mm. Chaque élément filaire de trame (42) comprend plusieurs monofilaments textiles et/ou plusieurs fibres textiles choisi(e)s parmi les monofilaments et les fibres synthétiques polymériques organiques, les monofilaments et les fibres synthétiques polymériques inorganiques et les assemblages de ces monofilaments et fibres. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig 3The tire (10) comprises a crown reinforcement (16) comprising a working reinforcement (20) comprising a radially outermost working layer (26) and a hoop reinforcement (22) comprising a plurality of textile hoop wire reinforcement elements (220) wound radially in a helix around the working reinforcement (20) and connected to each other by one or more weft wire element(s) (42). In the axially central portion (P0) of the crown (12), the average radial distance E2 between the textile hoop wire reinforcement elements (220) and the metal working wire reinforcement elements (260) is such that E2 ≤ 0.40 mm. Each weft yarn element (42) comprises several textile monofilaments and/or several textile fibers selected from organic polymeric synthetic monofilaments and fibers, inorganic polymeric synthetic monofilaments and fibers and assemblies of these monofilaments and fibers.
