Les moyens comportent deux pistes conductrices électriques circulaires (26, 28) concentriques d’axe X portées par le fond du rotor (4), deux premiers balais (30, 32) reliés électriquement et mécaniquement aux deux pistes électriques (26 28) et des pistes de commutation(14) portées par le stator (2) et isolées électriquement les unes des autres, chaque piste de commutation (14) étant reliée électriquement à une bobine (12), lesdits premiers balais (30, 32) étant disposés de manière diamétralement opposée, de sorte à entrer en contact simultanément avec deux pistes de commutation (14) diamétralement opposées et séquentiellement avec lesdites pistes de commutation.
