Abstract

Le dispositif comprend un capot de support 16 inférieur, un capot d’appui 14 supérieur, et au moins un palier 18 disposé entre lesdits capots, le capot d’appui comprenant une jupe externe 14c entourant radialement au moins en partie le capot de support 16. Le joint d’étanchéité 19 est monté sur l’un des capots en laissant subsister un jeu radial de montage avec ledit capot, le joint d’étanchéité étant solidaire axialement dudit capot. Le joint d’étanchéité 19 est pourvu d’une portion de centrage 19a annulaire comprenant une extrémité libre en appui contre ledit capot et d’au moins une lèvre d’étanchéité 19b annulaire s’étendant en direction de l’autre capot qui délimitent au moins en partie une chambre 40 annulaire ouverte axialement vers le bas.
