Abstract
Titre : Interconnecteur pour chaînes de cellules solaires destinées à former un module photovoltaïque L’invention concerne un interconnecteur pour chaînes de cellules solaires destinées à former un module photovoltaïque. Il comprend : au moins un ruban d’interconnexion cellule 11 s’étendant au-delà d’une cellule 200 située en bout de chaîne par une extrémité 111, et au moins un ruban d’interconnexion chaîne 12, une section de l’un parmi le ruban d’interconnexion cellule et le ruban d’interconnexion chaîne présente : une surface sensiblement constante etune forme variable entre une première zone 101 d’épaisseur Z1 et une seconde zone 102 d’épaisseur Z2, l’épaisseur Z2 étant strictement inférieure à l’épaisseur Z1 et l’épaisseur Z2 étant strictement inférieure à 50 µm. Chaque seconde zone constitue ainsi une zone de soudure par résistance sans perte en termes de conduction. Sans surépaisseur au niveau des interconnexions, le risque de casse du module est limité.
