Abstract
L’invention concerne une fibre optique de silice (10) résistante aux radiations (R) comprenant :- un cœur (20) ;- une gaine (30) entourant le cœur ;- un revêtement en matériau polymère (40) encapsulant la gaine, ledit revêtement étant apte à former de l’hydrogène (H2) par radiolyse sous l’effet des radiations de manière à le diffuser dans ladite fibre optique. L’invention concerne également un dispositif à fibre optique comprenant au moins une telle fibre optique de silice résistante aux radiations. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig. 5
