Abstract

L'invention concerne notamment un cadre (1) destiné à être fixé à une façade d’un bâtiment pourvu d’au moins un niveau et à occuper une ouverture dans cette façade, cette ouverture étant délimitée horizontalement par deux planchers parallèles dudit bâtiment, et verticalement par des trumeaux ou des poteaux qui s’étendent entre lesdits planchers. Ce cadre est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend deux montants tubulaires verticaux latéraux (10) ainsi que deux traverses horizontales supérieure et inférieure et qu’il porte au moins les équipements ci-dessous : - deux panneaux de garde-corps latéral (2), de largeur égale, articulés chacun sur un des montants tubulaires latéraux (10) pour s’ouvrir à l’anglaise ; - un garde-corps frontal (3), de largeur sensiblement égale à l’écartement entre lesdits montants tubulaires latéraux (10) ; - un plancher (4) formé de deux éléments (40,41) formant surfaces planes, éléments articulés l’un à l’autre ; - une allège mobile (5) ; - une fenêtre à un ou deux vantaux ; -une couvertine mobile, ces équipements étant mobiles entre une position inactive non déployée et une position active déployée dans laquelle lesdits deux panneaux (2), garde-corps (3) et plancher (4) forment ensemble un balcon.
