La structure de construction (1) selon l’invention est caractérisée en ce qu’elle comporte, au moins, un caisson modulable parallélépipédique (7) auquel sont fixées, solidairement et de manière articulée, deux cloisons latérales (81,82) aptes, chacune, à se replier en accordéon l’une vers l’autre lors du passage de ladite structure de construction (1) depuis sa position déployée (6) vers sa position pliée (4), chacune desdites cloisons latérales (81,82) comportant un retour sous forme d’une ailette (91,92) solidarisée à un mur (5) que comporte ladite pièce principale (3), au moins l’une desdites deux cloisons latérales (81,82) comportant une porte (10) d’accès à ladite pièce secondaire (2) lorsque ladite structure de construction (1) est en position déployée (6).
