L’invention concerne un disque de frein (1) comportant deux parties, une première partie centrale (2) qui forme un bol adapté pour solidariser le disque de frein (1) sur un véhicule et une seconde partie (3) positionnée en périphérie dudit bol (2) et qui comporte au moins une piste de freinage (31), au moins ladite seconde partie (3) étant obtenue par un procédé de fabrication par moulage entre au moins deux moules, un plan de joint (32) des deux moules étant formé le long d’un bord périphérique (33) de la seconde partie (3), ledit plan de joint (32) étant excentré par rapport à une ligne médiane du bord périphérique (33).
