Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d’une aube (10) en matériau composite pour une turbomachine, en particulier d’aéronef, cette aube comportant une pale aérodynamique (12) s’étendant entre deux plateformes (14, 16) situées respectivement dans deux plans (P1, P2) sensiblement parallèles et perpendiculaires à un axe d’allongement (A) de la pale, caractérisé en ce que la pale et les plateformes sont obtenues par compression et chauffage d’une préforme, cette préforme étant réalisée par superposition de plusieurs nappes (22-28) de fibres imprégnées d’une résine thermodurcissable, au moins certaines de ces nappes (26, 28) s’étendant le long de l’axe d’allongement ainsi que dans le plan d’au moins une des plateformes en passant par des zones de liaison (Z1, Z2) entre la pale et les plateformes de façon à ce qu’il y ait une continuité des nappes dans ces zones.
