Abstract
L’invention porte sur une puce photonique (10) comportant au moins un circuit photonique (1) comprenant au moins une source laser (L) pour fournir un premier rayonnement, dit oscillateur local (LO), à un mélangeur optique (M) et pour fournir un rayonnement d’émission (Re) à un dispositif de couplage (C), l’oscillateur local (LO) et le rayonnement d’émission (Re) présentant une polarisation déterminée. Le dispositif de couplage (C) est configuré pour propager au niveau d’une surface de mesure (SM) le rayonnement d’émission (Re) en espace libre sous la forme d’un faisceau lumineux d’émission, pour recevoir en retour au niveau de la surface de mesure (Sm) un faisceau lumineux réfléchi et le guider vers le mélangeur optique (M) sous la forme d’un rayonnement réfléchi (Rr) présentant la polarisation déterminée. Le mélangeur optique (M) établit un signal de mesure (V) par battement interférométrique de l’oscillateur local (LO) et du rayonnement réfléchi (Rr). L’invention porte également sur un composant optique comprenant une telle puce photonique. Figure à publier avec l’abrégé : Fig. 3
