Ce système de contrôle de température comporte : -un contenant (2) ;-un dispositif de stockage et de restitution d’énergie calorifique ou frigorifique (5) placé dans le contenant, le dispositif (5) comprenant une structure creuse (8) délimitant intérieurement un volume de stockage de produit et comprenant une paroi creuse ayant au moins un volume interne à ladite paroi contenant un matériau à changement de phase (PCM); et-un dispositif de charge du matériau à changement de phase en calories ou frigories en relation d’échange thermique avec le volume interne de l’enveloppe creuse.
