Abstract

L’invention concerne un nouvel extrait de pépins de raisin à efficacité biologique positive accrue, un procédé de fabrication et des utilisations du nouvel extrait de pépins de raisin. Le procédé est caractérisé par l’obtention de pépins de raisin par tamisage de marc issu de la vinification et le broyage des pépins de raisin ainsi obtenus pour donner un extrait de pépins de raisin enrichi contenant des OPC, avec une taille moyenne de particules d’au plus 2000 microns (10 mesh) ; avec la condition supplémentaire que le procédé ne comprend pas l’extraction avec des solvants ou des mélanges de solvants. L’invention concerne également un extrait de pépins de raisin contenant des OPC dont la teneur en OPC dans l’extrait de pépins de raisin est d’au moins 10 % en poids, et/ou la teneur en matière grasse de l’extrait de pépins de raisin est d’au moins 2 % en poids,The invention relates to a novel grape seed extract with increased positive biological effectiveness, a method of manufacturing and uses of the novel grape seed extract.
