Abstract

E crou à marqueur pour fixation de boulon et procédé d’assemblage correspondant L'invention a pour objet d’offrir un boulon pour assembler au moins deux éléments (8, 10) et plus particulièrement un écrou de boulon permettant de contrôler de manière visuelle rapidement et simplement l’accostage lors de l’assemblage. Pour ce faire, l’écrou présentant une face (32) de serrage destinée à venir s’appuyer contre une surface d’un élément (8) à assembler comporte un marqueur déformable tel que lorsqu’il n’est pas en appui contre une surface (28) de l’élément (8), il ne se déforme pas et présente un contour (51) de repos et lorsqu’il est en appui contre une surface (28) de l’élément (8), il se déforme latéralement vers l’extérieur créant au-delà radialement de la face périphérique (38bis, 40bis) de l’écrou et au-delà du contour de repos une partie de repérage identique sur tout le contour du marqueur lorsque la face de serrage de l’écrou est parallèle à la surface de l’élément (8) et une partie de repérage non uniforme lorsque la face (32) de serrage n’est pas parallèle à la surface de l’élément (8). En cas d’absence de déformation ou de déformation variable sur tout le contour de l’écrou, l’accostage est directement détecté comme défaillant. Figure de l’abrégé : Figure 1
