Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé d’établissement d’un diagnostic de maintenance de moteur. Le moteur (1) comprend un papillon (2) régulant un accès d’air dans un système d’admission d’air dudit moteur, un capteur de position (TPS) mesurant la position du papillon, un collecteur en communication fluidique avec le papillon, un capteur de pression (4) mesurant la pression dans le collecteur, au moins une soupape d’admission (5), une sonde de richesse (7) mesurant un taux d’oxygène et un contrôleur de richesse permettant de modifier les proportions d’air et de carburant dans un mélange air-carburant. Le procédé exploite deux mesures de débit d’air pour identifier un problème au niveau du papillon ou du jeu aux soupapes. Figure 1
