Abstract

Dispositif de verrouillage de tige multi-taille. La présente demande concerne un dispositif de verrouillage de tige multi-taille. Un trou central pour l'insertion de la tige est défini dans une gaine de verrouillage (1). Un bloc d’appui à diamètre variable (2) comporte un siège de compression (21) et un goujon de guidage (22), et le goujon de guidage (22) est mobile par rapport à la gaine de verrouillage (1). Le siège de compression (21) est situé dans le trou central de la gaine de verrouillage (1), et est muni d'une surface de contact à diamètre variable capable d'entrer en contact avec la tige. Lorsque la tige est insérée dans le trou central, le goujon de guidage (22) s'approche de la tige, entre en contact avec la tige et applique une pression à la tige, de sorte que le bloc d’appui à diamètre variable (2) soit verrouillé par rapport à la tige. La molette (3) est montée sur la gaine de verrouillage (1), la rotation de la molette (3) est convertie en mouvement axial, et la molette (3) peut tourner pour appliquer une pression au bloc d’appui à diamètre variable (2), de sorte que le siège de compression (21) soit appuyé contre la surface extérieure de la tige. Deux bandes de région de contact sont définies entre la surface de contact à diamètre variable et la tige. Les tiges de différents diamètres ont des positions de contact différentes avec la surface de contact à diamètre variable. Plus le diamètre de la tige est petit, plus la position de contact avec la surface de contact à diamètre variable est proche du coin. Les tiges de différentes tailles sont mises en concordance et appuyées à travers la surface de contact à diamètre variable, de sorte que les tiges puissent être fixées sans utiliser d’autres accessoires.
