Description
The invention relates to a device for an industrial flat lamination line according to a principle of multiplication of lamination modules, so as to manage simultaneously on the same lamination line:
- several customers: who each have a particular marking identifier on dedicated films,
- several film dimensions,
- either a lamination from above, or even from below, or even on the two flat faces of the treated product, this lamination being carried out indifferently in any position of the modules on the lamination chain formed by the assembly of the modules,
- without stopping the device when changing the reel or performing maintenance, which indicates that the work of the machine module stopped at the subject of roller replacement must be carried out by another module.
State knowing: There are many technologies of laminating machines, according to horizontal or vertical laminating principles:
-Horizontal lamination, let us quote the patents published under the numbers: FR 2050412, US 6030474, US 3265547, DE 102008063058, AU-B-69819/91,
-Vertical lamination, include: EP1884346 A1, US2016/010176171, EP0316224, US2003/0087592, EP3034275, application No. 1856370 according to a vertical application process with several heads for simultaneous application of both sides (invention filed by the present applicant).
En revanche, aucun dispositif ou procédé connu ne permet de résoudre :These devices or methods relate to unitary machines positioned at the end of the production line in such a way as to provide either one or two-sided lamination, vertically or horizontally with or without a reservation on the perimeter of the part receiving the substrate. On the other hand, no known device or process makes it possible to solve:
The principles known to those skilled in the art are characterized in that the feed table is retractable for the purpose of freeing access to the machine making it possible to act on the reels of film. Also, the machines can be equipped with one or more coils (depending on the sizes, natures, etc.) of which only one is in action. So that if it is a question of carrying out an intervention on one of these reels (including those which are not in action), it is necessary to stop the machine. Moreover, and although it was not developed, the principle of a side feed on a single-head machine would also cause the machine to stop. Finally, if intellectually it was possible to juxtapose several machines one behind the other:
- In the state of knowledge of the machines, and with regard to removing the feed table to access the coils, this would cause a space requirement of the station unsuitable for handling operations by the multiplication of tables and the space occupied by what environment,
- According to a theoretical principle (which, let us remember, has never been developed) of lateral displacement of the reel (with regard to the direction of lamination), access to the reel is solved without moving the table, but this nevertheless leads to : either stop the production line, or further increase the processing time because the direction of passage of the plate imposes to pass over all the tables, and in all cases this generates an unacceptable dimensional space.
.2° If known technologies make it possible to adapt the size of the films according to the dimensions of the support, they also lead to the slowing down of the manufacturing chain because of the significant times required for a tailor-made application for each part. The principles known to those skilled in the art are characterized by the need to replace the coil, which causes the machine to stop. There is a second very little used technology which consists, on a single reel, in cutting it across its width to achieve lamination. Two problems are posed by this latest technology: a= the first concerns the evacuation of excess coils due to cutting, because the material sticks and disrupts the production line; b = the second is that this process is very long because it requires adjustment at each change in width (and therefore a machine stop) which makes this process incompatible with the processing of a continuous line suitable for processing plates whose dimensions are always different (which is customary in the construction industry for example) . Finally, there was a third technology used in the lamination of the glazing, which consists in using strips of lamination positioned relative to each other to cover the surface to be treated (cf. for example the patent 3053662 of the present applicant). But in the case that concerns us, this solution is particularly handicapping because the plate to be treated passes several times (depending on its size) through alleys and returns on the lamination module, which generates in the case of machines equipped with several heads according to this principle:
- both a size incompatible with the desired object of compactness,
- longer processing times which are generated by the back and forth of the plate on each lamination module requested,
- a superposition of strips which can pose a problem due to the local extra thickness (the plates treated by lamination are considered as finished or semi-finished products and can be subject to other treatments: bending, stamping, cutting, etc.).
- their large size which prevents the machines from being installed one behind the other, this technology having so far not been able to be implemented by machine manufacturers,
- their ergonomics, especially when replacing the film, handicapped in the field of application that we reserve for it due to the size of the devices placed one behind the other,
It is for the purpose of remedying these drawbacks that the present invention is intended.

Presentation of the invention : The invention relates to a device for an industrial flat lamination line according to a principle of multiplication of lamination modules, so as to manage simultaneously on the same lamination line:
- several customers: who each have a particular marking identifier on dedicated films,
- several film dimensions,
- either a lamination from above, or even from below, or even on the two flat faces of the treated product, this lamination being carried out indifferently in any position of the modules on the lamination chain formed by the assembly of the modules,
- without stopping the device during reel change or maintenance intervention, which indicates that the initial work of the stopped machine module is carried out by another module,
characterized by :
- a set of compact lamination modules (a) (figures 1: high lamination module, and
- each lamination module (a) consisting of a frame (d) fitted with a drawer (e) which receives the reel (f) and the lamination head (g) - thus allowing lateral movement of the equipment contained in the drawer without stopping the film-coating chain due to the release of this equipment, while a counter roller (h) and a fixed conveyor (i) dedicated to the module are placed directly on the frame,
- a servo-control (k) which controls all the modules (a) and coordinates the conveyors (i) so as to ensure a varied lamination (film markings, dimensions, etc.) at a product movement speed without latency between the modules , this in order to ensure management of the production line undisturbed by the pace of the laminating device.
More particularly to the lamination modules (a), these are distinguished according to whether they are intended to carry out a lamination on the top or the bottom of the part to be treated.
With regard to the conveyors (i) of the modules, these are driven by a common transmission to ensure guided movement of the supports, thus making it possible to regulate the path of said supports on the assembled modules.
With regard to the servo-control (k) of the modules, this is common to all the assembled modules. It is informed by the production line of the dimension and type of film that the product must support, while each module is dedicated to a type of film and a dimension. Under these conditions, servo-control (k) directs the conveying of the support and controls the lamination module assigned to the support.
In degraded mode, in particular in the event of a change of reel, the servo-control (k) assigns the lamination of the support to another module which has the same characteristics of dimension and film as that of the unavailable module.
